“People tend to follow other people. That’s the way we are as humans. So there’ve been lots of ideas through the course of human history, big ideas, that get a big following, that are not true ideas. They turn out not to be correct. They’re false. But they’ll still have years and years and years, sometimes generations and generations of followers. Whenever you have an idea like that, it generates a huge volume of literature. But the mere fact that there’s literature does not prove the idea. It simply proves that lots of people buy into the idea.”

“…The problem answering the Where question is due largely to a problem in answering the How question. There’s a ‘chicken and egg problem,’ when it comes to explaining the origin of life. You need biological. molecular machines to build the proteins necessary for life to exist, but the machines themselves are built from… proteins. The more we examine life at the molecular level, there more we see “chicken and egg” problems…”

“Thought and reasoning are correct or incorrect in virtue of something independent of the thinker’s beliefs, and even independent of the community of thinkers to which he belongs. We take ourselves to form true beliefs about the world around us, about timeless domains of logic and mathematics, and about the right thing to do. We don’t take these capacities to be infallible, but we think they are often reliable in an objective sense, and that they can give us knowledge. The natural internal stance of human life assumes that there is a real world, that many questions, both factual and practical, have correct answers, and that there are norms of thought which, if we follow them, will tend to lead us toward the correct answers to those questions. It assumes that to follow those norms is to respond correctly to values or reasons that we apprehend. Mathematics, science, and ethics are built on such norms.”

1. Genocide is a departure from the way that things ought to be.

2. If genocide is a departure from the way that things ought to be, then there is a way that things ought to be.

3. If there is a way that things ought to be, then there is a design plan for things.

What should our priorities be to raise up children who remain committed to Christianity? What characteristics do committed college-aged Christians share?

1. Put Christ first in your life
2. Model what a Christian should look like
3. Make family a priority
4. Teach your children the Bible and about God
5. Make sure you are connected to a church
6. Regularly attend a church
7. Encourage your children to have Godly influences in their lives
8. Pray regularly with and for your children
9. Serve others with your child/children
10. Share your faith with others around your children

The universe is a closed system, so there is no physical escape from The 2nd Law of Thermodynamics:

“: that the origin and evolution of life, and the evolution of human consciousness and intelligence, are due entirely to a few unintelligent forces of physics. Thus you must believe that a few unintelligent forces of physics alone could have rearranged the fundamental particles of physics into computers and science texts and jet airplanes.”

“Just because you do not take an interest in politics doesn’t mean politics won’t take an interest in you. ” — Pericles.

“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good [people] to do nothing.” ― Edmund Burke.

This is it, America. If Hillary wins this election, it’s OVER. She is on record saying repeatedly that she wants to massively increase illegal immigration from $#!%#oles like Syria (immigrants who can’t be vetted, because there are no records in existence). Illegal immigrants tend to vote D about 71-72% of the time, and she’s on record saying that she wants “open borders”, which is estimated to result in over 600 MILLION new un-vetted immigrants, eager to escape their Third World hellholes and plug right into our welfare system.

As the late great economist Milton Friedman observed, any welfare state with open borders will consume itself. She is obviously an adherent to Lyndon “we’ll have those n!@@*rs voting Democrat for the next 200 years” Johnson’s philosophy of bribing the electorate through handouts (the carrot) and increasing their dependence on gov’t via over-regulation (the stick). This is all in addition to the massive increases in all kinds of crime this trend will inevitably guarantee.

If she is elected, there is no good reason to believe any other party will ever prevail again. With our current obligations in unfunded liabilities like S.S. and Medicare in excess of $220 TRILLION and no reason to expect anything but exponential increase under that lunatic, we can expect a future with massive money-printing and hyperinflation just to pay our obligations…like in Zimbabwe and The Weimar Republic.

Don’t kid yourself that you can “sit this one out”. Voting for the lesser of two evils is only bad if there is a viable alternative choice which can be made. In this instance, it’s binary, and there is no such thing. On one side we have a globalist crime family who repeatedly sold our national security down the river for their personal gain, and with their tentacles so deep in everything that she’s obviously guilty as sin on hundreds of thousands of counts, yet the FBI Director is too terrified to prosecute her. On the other side, we have a guy who was secretly recorded while engaged in some obscene braggadocio in private 11 years ago. The former will build an impenetrable wall around the centralized Federal leviathan such that no other party will ever have a chance to right their wrongs, or achieve freedom for the people again. The latter will allow for school choice, will nominate the best suite of judges ever proposed, will destroy Al Qaeda, ISIS and other cretins, and will end the constant importation of dangerous immigrants from regions that hate America.

“If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice [and not a good one]” — Rush.

“…Sir Roger [Penrose] has argued that when a person dies temporarily, this quantum information is released into the universe, only to return to the body’s cells if the host is brought back to life. He argues that this explains why people can have near-death experiences, and believes that this quantum information amounts to a soul leaving the body. The physics expert said: “If the patient dies, it’s possible that this quantum information can exist outside the body, perhaps indefinitely, as a soul…”

“…Revolutionary is unlike other ID films I’m familiar with in the way it offers personal stories. One of the most startling concerns University of Idaho microbiologist Scott Minnich, who like Behe, testified at Dover and was censured for it by officials at his university. When contemplating the career perils of coming out for ID and publishing a journal article with Stephen Meyer on the bacterial flagellum, Dr. Minnich happened to be participating as a member of the Iraq Survey Group, assisting the U.S. government in a search for biological and chemical weapons hidden in the country.

He was taking shelter, in fact, in Saddam Hussein’s Perfume Palace, under approaching mortar fire, as a critical submission deadline loomed. Minnich recalls reflecting that “I may not be here tomorrow morning,” as he finally hit the button on his computer to send the file. Now that’s a kind of story from the scientific world that you don’t hear every day…”

“…On the other hand, as microbiologist Scott Minnich points out here, the flagellum is so effective at doing its job that if human swimmers could move that fast, we’d be setting some crazy new Olympic records — 20 body lengths per second, which is to say, on our scale, some 120 feet per second. That’s fast…”

A vote for Trump IS NOT a vote for evil; it’s a vote to stop a far greater evil:

“Einstein spent the last 40 years of his life trying to combine QM and Gravity and failed. Stephen Hawking also reported that he failed to find a theory of QM gravity. But the 21st century is discovering that the solution lies in ID, in design, in information. We haven’t got a QM theory of gravity yet, but we have a series of “standard models” with gobs and gobs of “fine tuning”, of design, of functional information. From the Higgs to the failure of SUSY, to the failure of dark matter WIMPS, to the failure of inflation, of BBN (Li-7 problem) and on up the chain to OOL, we have so much unaccounted-for information it’s embarrassing.”

Rabbinic tradition speaks of two Messiahs: Messiah ben Yoseph (“The Suffering Servant”) and Messiah ben David (“The Conquering King”). Over time, Jews became focused almost solely on Messiah ben David to the exclusion of the former. As a result, expectations that The Christ would fulfill Davidic prophecies (such as vanquishing of enemies and establishment of a millennial kingdom) were unfulfilled in the First Coming, and caused many Jews to reject Jesus as The Messiah. Here Messianic Jew Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum explains details about this that every Christian ought to know, for the sake of witnessing to Jews:

“I would suggest this is an odd “human right.” For as Ms. Johansson expresses it, it is a human right that does not apply to all human beings.

Excluded in this human right are many individuals of both sexes – in fact, every single human being who happens to be living in his or her mother’s womb. That seems a bit non-inclusive. Imagine: A human right that does not apply to all humans.”

“A stone tool found in the sand has always been considered the handiwork of early humans and their ancestors. But a remarkable discovery in a Brazilian forest suggests that might not be so.

Scientists saw a group of capuchin monkeys making stone flakes, an important type of early tool. “Fortunately Jesus promised in Luke 11:9 that if they’ll ask, they will receive; if they’ll seek, they will find; and if they’ll knock, the door will be opened to them. He did not say this would be easy or that truth would be served up on a silver platter. Rather the answer to their spiritual quest will come if they persistently look for it. The prophet Jeremiah said, “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” (Jeremiah 29:13)”

Short answer? Nope!

“In the first place, not all scientists agree that sub-atomic events are uncaused. A great many physicists today are quite dissatisfied with this view (the so-called Copenhagen Interpretation) of quantum physics and are exploring deterministic theories…Thus, quantum physics is not a proven exception to premise (1). Second, even on the traditional, indeterministic interpretation, particles do not come into being out of nothing. They arise as spontaneous fluctuations of the energy contained in the sub-atomic vacuum, which constitutes an indeterministic cause of their origination. Third, the same point can be made about theories of the origin of the universe out of a primordial vacuum. Popular magazine articles touting such theories as getting ‘something from nothing’ simply do not understand that the vacuum is not nothing but is a sea of fluctuating energy endowed with a rich structure and subject to physical laws. Such models do not therefore involve a true origination ex nihilo.”

“…But as I worked case after case, however, I came to realize murders occur for only one of three reasons. As it turns out, these same three reasons lie at the heart of every other crime as well. In fact, every time you’ve ever done something wrong, you did it for one of these three reasons:

Financial Greed

This is often the driving force behind the crimes I investigate. Some murders, for example, result from a botched robbery. Other murders take place simply because they give the suspect a financial advantage.

Sexual Lust (or Relational Desire)

I’ve also investigated a number of murders sexually (or relationally) motivated. Some sexual attackers murder their victims so they can’t testify later. Some murders occur simply because a jealous boyfriend couldn’t bear to see his girlfriend dating another man.

The Pursuit of
Power

Finally, some people commit murders to achieve or maintain a position of power or authority. It might be a rivalry between two people who are trying to get the same promotion. Others have killed simply because the victim dishonored or “disrespected” them in front of a group of peers…”

Here’s Our Summary of Kevin DeYoung’s Book on Homosexuality (Click HERE) Introduction What Does the Bible Teach about Everything? DeYoung begins exploring the question regarding homosexuality by pointing readers to the big picture of the Bible. It is a story of creation and redemption, one where God sets up a temple among people so that they can commune together with him. It is about a fallen creation which God redeems and consummates. The future of God’s creation cannot be understood as a place without good and evil: God’s intention is for a holy place where suffering and wickedness no longer harm or demote the Creator. It is important to see, then, that homosexuality is not the heart of the Bible. And yet, the issues which are at the heart of the Bible – God, sin, redemption, a glorious new creation, etc. – all touch on homosexuality in profound ways. ***(Click HERE to View the Complete Book Summary for FREE!)*** DeYoung sets out the question which the book endeavors to answer and explain: “Is homosexual activity a sin that must be repented of, forsaken, and forgiven, or, given the right context and commitment, can we consider same-sex sexual intimacy a blessing worth celebrating and solemnizing?” (…Click HERE to Continue Reading this Free Book Summary…) Would You Like a New Book Summary Emailed to You Every Week? “According to Dr. C. Everett, who was US surgeon general and a pediatric surgeon for 36 years:

“Protection of the life of the mother as an excuse for an abortion is a smoke screen. In my 36 years in pediatric surgery I have never known of one instance where the child had to be aborted to save the mother’s life. If, toward the end of the pregnancy complications arise that threaten the mother’s health, he will take the child by inducing labor or performing a Caesarean section. His intention is still to save the life of both the mother and the baby. The baby will be premature and perhaps immature depending on the length of gestation.Because it has suddenly been taken out of the protective womb, it may encounter threats to its survival. The baby is never willfully destroyed because the mother’s life is in danger.”

She says that those who oppose abortion and gay marriage must “change” their religious beliefs to get with the times. She is fully, 100% on board with the gay and transgender agenda.”
